The Peterborough Residents’ Group Inc (PRG) which was established in 2004, brings you this website. The PRG is managed by a Committee and is registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria under the Incorporated Associations Reform Act of 2012. It is closely supported by the Shire of Moyne. Membership of the PRG is open to permanent residents, part time residents and those who are honorary residents (those who might not visit us regularly but who have an ongoing interest in the welfare of Peterborough). Currently there are over 90 members.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of the PRG is to:
- Create and maintain a respectful and safe environment that reflects the needs and desires of the community
- Provide a forum for residents’ views on matters of concern that affect the community
- Communicate our desires and wishes to all levels of government as necessary
- Protect and preserve our significant biodiversity
- Support community development and projects that will preserve, protect and enhance the value and lifestyle of Peterborough.

The Committee is re-elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in January.
